Which payment methods are accepted?

We currently only accept credit card payments and PayPal. We might add more payment methods soon.

What currency are the prices displayed in?

All of our prices are displayed in USD.

What are your shipping options and how long will it take?

United States: Free shipping over $35, 5-25 business days. Please bear in mind that sometimes, due to huge demand, there could be delays although we try our best to ship on time.
Other countries: $5.99 flat rate, 7-20 business days

Do I get a receipt for my order?

You will receive receipt for your order by email after payment is made. You will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order is shipped, it will be marked as complete in our database and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

I haven't received my order yet! Is it lost?

If you have any concerns with your order, please contact our support team by email and they will be glad to assist you. Most emails are answered within 1 business day.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at [email protected] with pictures of the damaged items, then return the damaged item to us. Upon the receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Lost or Stolen Packages
LushUs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, LushUs will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

How soon can I see results from the growth serum?
